Fringe Benefits:

401(k) Plan — Delex operates a 401(k) plan in which an employee may contribute the maximum annual salary deferral amount permitted by law through pre-tax payroll deduction. Delex matches the employee deferral on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to 6% of eligible compensation. Plan funds may be invested in a wide variety of investment options. An employee may enter the plan after a 6 month waiting period, and vesting in the employer match is earned incrementally over 2-6 years of vesting service.

Paid Time Off — Paid Time Off is accrued on a bi-weekly basis and the accrual rate increases with years of service according to the following schedule for full-time employees:

  1st year – 14 days (2 weeks + 4 days)
  4th year – 19 days (3 weeks + 4 days)
  11th year – 24 days (4 weeks + 4 days)
  21st year – 29 days (5 weeks + 4 days)

Part-time employees accrue Paid Time Off on a prorated basis.

Holidays — Delex provides eight holidays annually for its employees.

Military Leave — Employees may be paid for up to 10 working days of military training leave per year. Delex pays the difference between military pay and the employee's company base pay.

Educational Assistance — Delex operates an Educational Assistance program in order to encourage and support the professional development of employees. Currently, a qualifying full-time employee may receive up to $3,000 in assistance per Delex fiscal year.

Employee Referral Bonus — Delex encourages employees to refer qualified candidates for employment vacancies via an Employee Referral Bonus program.

Direct Deposit — Employees may have their paychecks deposited electronically to the bank or financial institution of their choice.

Credit Union — Delex employees and their family members are eligible to join the Western Federal Credit Union (WFCU). An employee may choose to have direct deposit of the whole paycheck or a payroll deduction of a portion of the paycheck deposited into a WFCU account.

Savings Bonds — Delex offers a U.S. Savings Bond plan that allows employees to purchase savings bonds through payroll deduction.

 

Health, Disability and Life Benefits:

Delex Systems offers medical and dental coverage to all full-time and part-time employees and their dependents. Participating employees share in the premium costs via pre-tax payroll deduction. Medical — Delex offers a medical plan which allows participants to choose coverage for most services using either In-Network or Out-of-Network service providers. In-Network care requires nominal co-payments which vary depending on the type of service. Out-of-Network care requires the payment of deductibles and co-payments.

Dental — Delex offers a dental program that provides traditional dental care with the option of using a PPO network. The plan pays 100% for preventative services. After a $50 deductible, the plan pays 80% for restorative services and either 60% (PPO) or 50% (non-PPO) for major services.

Flexible Benefits Plan — Delex offers a flexible benefits plan that permits employees to use pre-tax payroll deduction to set aside funds for eligible out-of-pocket medical or dependent care expenses.

Life Insurance — Delex pays 100% of the premium costs for life insurance coverage on all full-time and part-time employees. The benefit is 1 times annual salary.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) — Delex pays 100% of the premium costs for AD&D insurance coverage on all full-time and part-time employees. The accidental death benefit is 1 times annual salary. The accidental dismemberment benefit varies according to the loss.

Short-Term Disability Insurance — Delex provides short term disability compensation to all full-time and part-time employees at the rate of 65% of normal salary. For a qualifying absence, benefit payments begin on the 7th consecutive day of disability and continue until the 90th day.

Long Term Disability Insurance — Delex provides long term disability insurance coverage for all full-time and part-time employees. The benefit is 60% of normal salary, up to a maximum monthly benefit of $7,000. Benefit payments begin after a 90 day waiting period.

Travel Accident Insurance — Delex provides travel accident life insurance coverage for all full-time and part-time employees while on company business travel and while commuting to and from work.
