About Delex >> Ethics and Business Conduct
Ethics and Business Conduct
At Delex, we believe that business is and should be an ethical activity and that the best business decisions are those
which are founded on the principals of integrity, respect, honesty and fairness – in short, principals which insist
that we do what's right. At Delex, practicing these behaviors is a personal and professional ethical obligation for all.
The purpose of the Business Conduct program is to:
-
Communicate the Delex Values and standards of ethical business conduct to all
employees and consultants.
-
Inform employees of company policies and procedures regarding ethical business
conduct.
-
Establish companywide processes to assist employees in obtaining guidance and
resolving questions regarding compliance with the company's standards of
conduct and Delex Values.
-
Establish companywide criteria for business conduct education and awareness
programs.
It is the responsibility of every employee
to follow the rules of conduct and to promote an atmosphere of trust and open
discussion. When in doubt, ask questions, seek guidance, report suspected
violations, and express concerns regarding compliance with this policy and the
related procedures. Employees are required to review and sign acceptance of
this policy on an annual basis.
