Leadership Team Bio: CFO/Sr.VP Donald R. Bensing
Don Bensing joined Delex Systems as a part-time employee in 1978 after
completing 8 years of service as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer. He earned a
BA degree in Economics from the University of Louisville and an MS in Industrial
Management from George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
Prior to 1987, Don was actively involved in providing contract support to a
number of programs, including tactics development for the Harpoon cruise missile,
operational test and evaluation of the Tomahawk cruise missile, and preliminary
curricula analysis and development for senior officer training at the Tactical
Training Group Atlantic, Dam Neck, Virginia.
In 1987, Don assumed responsibility for all corporate staff functions as Vice President,
Finance and Administration. He became Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the
Board of Directors in 1998.
