Leadership Team Bio: VP Carl Smith
Carl is the Vice President of the Systems Engineering Division, which is
responsible for providing business and technical advice to senior decision
makers within several federal agencies including the Department of the Navy,
Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the Food and Nutrition Division of the
Department of Agriculture.
Prior to joining Delex Systems, Inc., Carl held senior management positions
at KPMG Peat Marwick. He was a member of the KPMG aerospace/defense practice
and was responsible for growing revenues to over $7 M without outside capital.
Carl has served on the Board of Directors of two companies and is a member of
the International Test and Evaluation Association.
