Leadership Team Bio: VP Sandy Clark
Sandy Clark is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of senior leadership and program management experience.
He joined Delex in 2005 where, before becoming the Vice President of
Training, he spearheaded business development for several key company initiatives including the introduction Delex High Assurance Software products and Delex Maritime Domain Awareness
efforts within DOD.
Sandy is a retired Naval Officer and Naval Aviator with 25 years of Aviation experience including two commands.
After leaving the Navy in 1994, he was the Vice President of Marketing for two successful software companies in the insurance industry where he was
responsible for the successful transition of various customer service technologies to the Web.
Sandy has a BS from the University of Massachusetts and is a distinguished graduate of the US Naval War College.
