Leadership Team Bio: VP Dan Shepherd
Dan joined Delex Systems in 1995 after retiring from a career in the U.S. Navy, where he gained
experience and expertise in training, surface warfare, and intelligence. He earned a BS from
the University of North Carolina, and MA degrees from both Georgetown University and Liberty
University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College.
In 2003, Dan was appointed Vice President of the Training Systems Division, which provides
innovative, cost-effective solutions in the areas of training, modeling and simulation,
tactics, and integrated digital environments.
