Air Combat Training System – Delex is currently designing and developing SCORM
compliant IMI products consisting of tactical Web-based courseware, training materials,
and performance support tools for the MH-60 R/S, EP-3E, E-6B and EA-6B communities. Specifically, these multimedia
training products include post-Fleet Readiness Squadron (FRS) weapons and tactics training at the
200, 300, and 400 levels. Delex provides SCORM-conformant courseware for launch and tracking
under the Air Combat Online (ACOL) Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS).
Order of Battle (OOB) Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) – Database
driven, on-the-fly presentation and training product developed to provide aircrew with the ability to
generate materials in real-time, whether they be for instructional purposes or for battle preparation.
Based on an active tactical database engine, this system minimizes life cycle costs by providing
access to current OOB data.
Revision and Maintenance – Delex provides curriculum R&M of IMI; instructor-led mediated lectures; electronic and paper-based student, instructor, and mission guides; and new WBT development to support the Navy and Marine Corps EA-6B and S-3B training programs. We took the EA-6B community from LAN-based courseware to SIPRNet courseware distribution to allow deployed pilot and aircrew to access refresher training from anywhere in the world — one of the first communities to have this capability in the U.S. Navy.
