High Fidelity Models
Delex has a unique capability to produce high-fidelity models and animations of objects and
systems, rapidly and cost-effectively. Using a portable laser scanning system and specialized
modeling software, we produce three-dimensional computer-aided design renderings of the object.
These models are accurate to within a few centimeters in dimensions and spatial relationships.
The model file can then be used seamlessly to produce three-dimensional graphic images of the
object suitable for animation and manipulation. Our models are used by the Department of
Defense in the weapon-system acquisition and countermeasures-development process.
